BMCT Administration
BMCT management is a responsibility of a Trust Administration Unit headed by Trust Administrator. The TAU is based in Kabale Town with an operational Unit in Kampala.

Endowment Fund Manager
BMCT was established using USD 4.3 million from the Global Environmental Facility (GEF) through World Bank. The amount has since grown to over USD 6 million despite the over 12 billion Uganda shillings withdrawn from the fund between 1994 -2019 and invested in community projects. For sustainable management of the endowment fund, an Investment Manager is recruited to manage the endowment fund and report on its management, the Investment Manager then advises the Board on investment decisions and gives regular progress reports every three months and an annual report.
