Prequalification of Service Providers – 2026–2029

Bwindi Mgahinga Conservation Trust (BMCT) invites applications from reputable and eligible firms and service providers for prequalification to provide various goods, services and works for the period 2026–2029.

Successful applicants will be included on BMCT’s shortlist of providers and may subsequently be invited to submit quotations or proposals for relevant procurement requirements during the period.

Categories include:

  • Goods & Supplies – including computers and accessories, office stationery and equipment, building materials, electrical and solar equipment, furniture, agricultural inputs, printed and branded materials, vehicles and other supplies.
  • Services – including catering, advertising and media, IT support, consultancy, accommodation, vehicle maintenance, insurance, audit services, audio/video production, internet services, graphic design and legal services.
  • Works – including mechanical works, electrical works and minor civil works.

Who Can Apply?

Applicants should be legally eligible to enter into contracts, compliant with their tax obligations and have been operational for more than three years.

Existing BMCT vendors are also required to re-apply.

Application Deadline

Completed applications must be submitted by 11th September 2025 – 5:00 PM. Late applications will not be accepted.
