Derrick and his friend Dickson can contribute to their school fees through the “i can pay my fees” program being implemented at Rwerere Enterprise Community Training Centre, Kisoro district. The program trains young boys and girls during holidays to make crafts that are sold to visitors contributing to their school fees. It has become a way of helping school gong children to properly utilize their holiday and weekend time while learning skills and contributing to their own school fees.
